Are you ready for all that is in store for the 2025-26 school year! Check out all the fun things we'll be doing this year and come to our Booster Club meetings to learn more about support the Bowie theatre program!

The STC Musical has been announced as "Les Miserables" and the cast, tech and orchestra lists have been posted. Congratulations to all who will be involved in this production! The Musical performances will be Thursday, January 22 - Sunday, January 25 and and Thursday, January 29 - Sunday, February 1. Due to show cancellations on Saturday January 24 and Sunday January 25, new shows have been added on Wednesday January 28 and Sunday February 1!

Les Miserables Volunteers and Food donations needed

Our Les Miserables fundraiser is our biggest event of the year, and we need your help! There’s a spot for everyone. We need friendly faces for Candy & Flower Bouquets | Concessions | Mystery Boxes | Merch | Food

Food (Wednesday & Sunday)

To keep things simple, we have automatically moved your volunteer sign-ups to the new corresponding show dates. If the new dates work for you, you’re all set! If your schedule has changed, please log in to the portal to update your signup.
The STC Booster Club is organizing food for the cast and crew for the rescheduled shows on Wednesday and Sunday. Since we weren't budgeted for these meals, we are relying heavily on the generosity of our community to keep everyone fueled and focused.

How you can help:

Food Donations:
- Wednesday: sides for Waterloo burgers
- Sunday: Sandwich fixins to provide a meal in between the double feature
Monetary Contributions: Every dollar goes directly toward feeding the students during tech week and performances. Venmo (@STC-BoosterClub)
Tea Station Amazon Wishlist: we need additional honey (as that went fast!)

HELP! MYSTERY BOX DONATIONS NEEDED

Please help the STC Booster Club raise money to support the Bowie Musicals by donating items for the mystery boxes sold during the musical performances. We need your help!!!!!

You can help by:

Requesting goods/services/gift cards from businesses for mystery boxes valued at $25+. Please email or text Katy at katyjefferies@yahoo.com or (512) 826-4894 to make sure we haven't already contacted that business.
Buy gift cards in any amount to donate to the mystery boxes (we can group to make a package)
Donate unwanted gift cards in any amount (we can group to make a package)
Venmo to @STC-Booster-Club
Donate cash to the STC Booster Club to purchase mystery box gifts by contacting at the information above

Smaller amounts will be combined to reach the $25 minimum mystery boxes so no gift is too small. Please help us make these mystery box sales a success!

STC Booster Club Meeting

Our next STC Booster Club meeting is Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 6:30pm. We will debrief from Musical and start preparing for Spring Shows!

The Booster Club Membership drive for the 2025-2026 school year runs from August 4, 2025 - October 8, 2025! During this short period, we hope to raise enough funds to support the school theatre program by providing show meals, theatre supplies, and additional resources necessary for the program to be a success.
